Jiro Dreams Of Sushi

I watched Jiro Dreams of Sushi last night while recovering from a food coma (I ate a donut burger which is probably the opposite of sushi). It's a beautiful documentary and I found Jiro a fascinating character study of someone dedicated to perfection of his craft, he seems to have no other interests besides his work.  I think artists of all kinds might take something away froms seeing this movie.
