I GOT TO REVIEW HAMILTON

Me wondering if getting to review Hamilton was a trick.

In an amazing turn of events there actually were press tickets given out for the national tour of 'Hamilton' and I was actually offered the pair for ArtsWatch.

This was a hard review for two reasons:

1. I had to turn it over in 24 hours. Had some serious flashbacks to my time at the National Critics Institute.
2. It's daunting to review a cultural behemoth which has been reviewed and written about by dozens of people much more savvy than you.

Also, now having seen it, I get it. I get why people love this show. I love it too now.
