Dispatches from Anarres: Tales in Tribute to Ursula K. Le Guin

Two years ago I had a short story accepted into an anthology of work by Oregon writers, the title got picked up by Forest Avenue Press, and now the publication date is finally approaching. Dispatches from Anarres: Tales in Tribute to Ursula K. Le Guin is available for pre-order now and will be released November 16th.

If you're familiar with Ursula K. Le Guin, then you probably have a good idea of what this anthology will be like. But if not, you can read about Le Guin here. If you don't want to read a Wikipedia article, Le Guin is a novelist who is most well known for her science fiction and fantasy. If a collection of speculative fiction based on Le Guin's work seems like something you'd be interested in you can pre-order a copy of the book here. Also, you can ask your favorite local bookstore or Barnes & Noble if they can get you a copy.

If you are not someone who is into buying books, check with your local library! I know that the Multnomah County Library has copies (physical and digital) on order that you can put on hold. If your library doesn't offer it, ask them if they would consider purchasing a copy.

There is going to be a series of readings to promote the book through early next year. And I am tentatively scheduled to be in one on January 6th. More details on that later.
